If you're having trouble accessing your Mountain Interactive account, we’re here to help. Follow the steps below to recover access to your account.

1. Common Reasons for Being Locked Out

You may be locked out of your account for the following reasons:

  • Forgotten Password: You’ve forgotten your account password.

  • Account Security Lock: Multiple failed login attempts may have triggered a security lock on your account.

  • Suspended or Banned Account: Your account may have been suspended or banned due to policy violations.

  • Email Address Issues: You no longer have access to the email associated with your account.

2. How to Recover Your Account

Step 1: Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or entered it incorrectly too many times, you can reset it:

  1. Visit the Login Page.

  2. Click on “Forgot Password.”

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account and follow the instructions to reset your password.

  4. Check your email (and spam/junk folder) for a password reset link.

Step 2: Unlock Your Account

If your account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts, wait 15 minutes and try logging in again. If the issue persists, you may need to reset your password or contact support for further assistance.

Step 3: Update Your Email Address

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • The old email address associated with the account

  • Your new email address

  • Proof of account ownership (e.g., recent transactions or subscription information)

We’ll verify your details and help you update your email address.

3. What to Do If Your Account Is Suspended or Banned

If your account has been suspended or banned due to a violation of Mountain Interactive’s policies, you can appeal the decision by sending an email to [email protected]. Be sure to include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with the account

  • A description of the situation

  • Any relevant information that could support your case

Our team will review your appeal and notify you of the next steps.
