Need a receipt for a recent purchase with Mountain Interactive? Follow the steps below to access your receipt or request one from our support team.

1. Check Your Email for the Receipt

Whenever you make a purchase at Mountain Interactive, a receipt is automatically sent to the email address associated with your account. This email will include details about your transaction, including the amount charged, the items or subscription purchased, and the date of the transaction.

  • Step 1: Search your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for an email from [email protected].

  • Step 2: Look for the subject line related to your purchase, which may say "Your Mountain Interactive Purchase Confirmation" and "Payment Received" or something similar.

2. Access Your Receipt via Self-Service Portal

You can also view and download receipts for past purchases using our Self-Service Portal. Follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to the Self-Service Portal using the email address associated with your account.

  • Step 2: Navigate to your purchase history under "Billing History" or "Transaction History."

  • Step 3: Find the transaction you need and download the receipt.

3. Requesting a Receipt

If you cannot locate your receipt via email or the self-service portal, or if you need help, contact our support team for assistance. Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • The email address linked to your Mountain Interactive account

  • The date or approximate date of the transaction

  • A description of the item or subscription purchased

Our support team will resend the receipt to you.
