1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription (Gold VIP, Platinum VIP, or Titanium VIP), you have two options:
Email Our Support Team: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation" depending on your request. Please include the following details:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Mountain Interactive account
- The subscription you wish to cancel or upgrade
Use Our Self-Service Portal: Visit our Self-Service Portal to manage your subscription. While the "Cancel" button is currently not working, you can still use the portal for upgrades or other billing-related services.
2. What Happens After Cancellation?
Once your subscription cancellation is processed, you will retain access to your current benefits until the end of the billing cycle. After this period, your access to perks or services will end.
Please Note: Canceling your subscription stops future billing, but it does not refund past payments. For more details, please review our Refund Policy.
