Log in to the duplicate account that you wish to delete.Request Account Deletion:

- Your full name
- The email address associated with both accounts
- The username of the account you wish to delete
- A brief explanation to verify the request is genuine.Confirm the Deletion:
Once we receive your request, our support team will process it. You may be asked to confirm the deletion request to ensure you're not removing the wrong account by mistake.
Important Notes:
Deleting an account is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure that the account you're requesting to delete is not your primary one.
Any associated subscriptions, game progress, or purchases linked to the deleted account will also be permanently lost.
