Steps to Contact the Moderation Team:
1. Navigate to the Information Channel
Go to the Information Channel on our Discord server. This is where you will find everything you need to create a support ticket for general inquiries.
2. Find the Mountain Support Ticket Embed
In the Information Channel, look for the Mountain Support Ticket Embed. You can also go directly to it by following this link: Mountain Support Ticket Embed
3. Click the Dropdown Menu
Once you’re in the ticket embed, click on the Dropdown Menu to view the available ticket options.
4. Select Your Ticket Type
From the dropdown, select the appropriate option for your needs:
General Support Ticket: For general questions or basic inquiries.
Appeals Ticket: For submitting an appeal regarding moderation actions.
Contributor Interest: For those interested in contributing to Mountain Interactive.
5. Submit the Ticket
After selecting your ticket type, follow the prompts to submit your inquiry. A member of the Moderation Team will respond as soon as possible.
