Gameplay Issues: Problems interacting with objects, malfunctioning game mechanics, or unresponsive controls.
Performance Problems: Lag, frame rate drops, or long loading times.
Audio Bugs: Missing, distorted, or delayed sound effects and music.
Crashes: The game unexpectedly closing or freezing.
Steps to Take Before Reporting a Bug

How to Report a Bug
If the bug continues after basic troubleshooting, follow these steps to report it:
Gather Necessary Information:
Collect the following details before reporting the issue:Bug Description: Clearly describe the issue and any steps that led to it.
Screenshots or Videos: Visual evidence of the bug will help the development team understand the problem better.
Platform/Device: Include details about the device or platform you're using (PC, Mac, etc.).
Time and Frequency: Note when the issue occurred and whether it happens consistently or intermittently.
Determine the Correct Contact Channel:
For general gameplay issues, performance problems, or non-urgent bugs, report the bug by contacting Mountain Interactive Customer Support via [email protected].
For issues related to game mechanics, updates, or technical questions, you can submit a ticket to the Moderation Team using the Mountain Support Ticket Embed on Discord. Select "General Support Ticket" from the dropdown menu, explain the issue, and mention that it's a development-related concern.
How to Submit a Bug Report:
Join the Discord Server.
Navigate to the Information Channel to find the Mountain Support Ticket Embed.
Click the Dropdown Menu and select "General Support Ticket."
Describe the Bug: In the newly created support channel, explain the bug and mention that it is a development-related issue. Attach any screenshots or videos, if possible.
What Happens After You Report a Bug?
Once you’ve submitted your bug report:
Review Process: The development team or support team will review the issue and work on identifying the cause.
Follow-Up: You may receive follow-up questions if the team needs more information.
Fix and Update: If the issue is critical, a fix may be rolled out in the next update or patch. Non-urgent issues will be addressed in future updates.
