Hailing from the small town of Alvin, Texas, Victor’s background reflects a blend of dedication and leadership. Alongside his work at Mountain Interactive, he proudly serves in the United States Army as a Military Police Investigator (Detective), showcasing his commitment to discipline and service.

Victor’s approach to customer support, dispute management, and volunteer coordination combines his strong background in service with a strategic mindset, allowing him to handle a range of issues effectively. His leadership and expertise are integral to maintaining the operational standards that Mountain Interactive is known for.
