At Mountain Interactive, we have a dedicated Corporate Team that oversees the management and strategic development of our platform. Corporate Members are key players in shaping the direction of the company and ensuring smooth operations across all facets of Mountain Interactive.
Who are Corporate Members?
Corporate Members are part of the official Mountain Interactive Corporate Team. These members are hand-selected and include individuals in leadership and executive roles, such as:
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Responsible for overall leadership and strategy.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Oversees day-to-day operations and management of internal teams.
Chief Development Officer (CDO)
- Manages development and technical aspects of Mountain Interactive’s projects.
Community Manager
- Acts as a liaison between the community and the Corporate Team, ensuring a positive player experience.
Customer Service Representatives
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that all members have a seamless experience.
What Do Corporate Members Do?
Corporate Members ensure that all of Mountain Interactive's operations are running smoothly. They oversee everything from game development to customer support, community management, and financial operations. Their decisions impact the direction of the platform, including game updates, community guidelines, and company policies.
Volunteer vs. Corporate Staff:
Corporate Members are typically paid staff and have official responsibilities within the company.
Volunteer Staff support the community but do not have the same decision-making power or corporate responsibilities as Corporate Members.
If you have any questions about Corporate Members or are curious about how our leadership team operates, feel free to contact us on our Discord Support sytem.
