At Mountain Interactive, we take our community guidelines and game rules seriously to ensure a fun, respectful, and safe environment for all players. If a player violates these rules, there are several potential consequences depending on the severity of the offense.

Consequences for Breaking the Rules:

1. Warnings

For minor infractions, players may receive a warning. This is meant to give you a chance to correct your behavior before more serious action is taken. Warnings are usually given for first-time or less severe offenses.

2. Temporary Bans (Suspensions)

If the violation is more severe or if a player repeatedly breaks the rules after warnings, a temporary ban may be issued. During this time, the player will not have access to Mountain Interactive's platforms or games. The length of the ban depends on the violation.

3. Permanent Bans

For serious violations or repeated offenses, a player may be permanently banned. This means that the player will lose access to Mountain Interactive’s services permanently. Examples of serious violations include exploiting, harassment, or breaking terms related to in-game purchases or security.

Types of Infractions:

Minor Violations

These could include spamming, minor rule-breaking in-game, or inappropriate behavior that doesn’t seriously impact other players' experiences. Usually, these result in warnings or short suspensions.

Moderate Violations

Moderate violations could include repeated inappropriate behavior, using offensive language, or breaking important in-game rules. These may result in temporary bans or account restrictions.

Major Violations

Major violations include hacking, exploiting, harassment, or scamming other players. These will often lead to immediate and possibly permanent bans, depending on the severity.

Can I Appeal a Ban?

If you believe a ban or suspension was issued in error or unfairly, you can submit a ban appeal. Visit our Ban Appeal Process for more information on how to submit an appeal. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the moderation team.

Why We Enforce Rules Strictly:

Mountain Interactive is committed to maintaining a positive and fair environment for all players. We want everyone to have an enjoyable experience, and this is only possible when players follow the rules. Rule enforcement is meant to protect the community and ensure a level playing field.

By understanding the consequences of rule violations, you can help create a better community for yourself and others. If you ever have questions about the rules, you can review them at Mountain Interactive Community Guidelines.
