At Mountain Interactive, we strive to maintain a respectful and fair community. If you need to report a staff member for inappropriate behavior or violations, please follow these guidelines to ensure your report is properly addressed.

Steps to Report a Staff Member

1. Gather Relevant Information

Before submitting your report, ensure you have the following details:

  • Staff Username: The username or ID of the staff member involved.

  • Incident Details: A clear and detailed description of the incident, including what occurred and how it violated our policies.

  • Time of Occurrence: The specific time and date when the incident happened.

  • Supporting Evidence: Collect any evidence related to the incident, such as screenshots or videos. Ensure your evidence is in an acceptable format (e.g., .mp4, JPEG, PNG) and is hosted on approved platforms Medal.tv, Streamable, YouTube, Vimeo, Gyazo, Imgur).

2. Follow the Reporting Format

Use the following format to submit your report. Reports not following this format may not be processed:

  • Description of the Incident:

4. Review Process

  • Acknowledgment: You will receive a confirmation once your report has been submitted.

  • Investigation: The report will be reviewed based on the provided information and evidence.

  • Resolution: Appropriate actions will be taken based on the findings. Due to privacy concerns, specific details about the resolution may not be shared.

5. Important Guidelines

  • Report Format: Do not modify the report format with alignments or colors. Keep it simple.

  • Reply Restrictions: Only the involved parties may reply to their report thread. Other replies will be deleted, and you may receive warning points.

  • No Third-Party Reporting: Reports must be submitted by the person directly involved. Reporting on someone else’s behalf is not permitted.

  • Stay On-Topic: Keep all discussions relevant to the report. Off-topic comments or arguments will be removed.

  • Timeliness: Reports should be submitted within a reasonable time frame after the incident.

  • Evidence Requirements: Only provide evidence in the specified formats and from approved platforms.
