1. Common Purchase Issues

You may experience the following issues when making a purchase:

  • Transaction Declined or Failed: Your payment did not go through, and no charges were applied.

  • Duplicate Charges: You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

  • Missing In-Game Items or Perks: You completed a purchase, but the items or subscription perks were not delivered.

  • Unexpected Charges: You see an unfamiliar charge on your account or were charged without your knowledge.


2. How to Resolve Purchase Issues

If you encounter any of the above issues, here’s what to do:

  • Step 1: Check Your Email Confirmation: Make sure to check your email for a confirmation of your purchase. This email will include the details of the transaction, including the amount charged and the subscription or items you purchased.

  • Step 2: Verify Your Payment Method: Ensure that the payment method used (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.) has sufficient funds and that there are no issues with the payment provider (such as declined payments or security holds).

  • Step 3: Verify Your Connections: Ensure that your connected Roblox and Discord account are connected to your Mountain Interactive Account. You can fix that here.

  • Step 5: Contact Support: If the issue persists or you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Be sure to include the following information:

    - Your full name

    - The email address associated with your Mountain Interactive account

    - A description of the issue

    - A screenshot of any error messages or proof of purchase (if available)

We will review your case and get back to you as quickly as possible with a resolution.

Please note that Mountain Interactive does not offer refunds for any purchases, as stated in our Refund Policy. We recommend verifying your purchase details carefully before completing a transaction.
