1. No Refunds for Subscriptions or Donations
Mountain Interactive does not offer refunds for any real-money transactions. All purchases, including subscriptions (Gold VIP, Platinum VIP, Titanium VIP) and donations, are final and non-refundable.
2. Subscription Cancellations
While we do not offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellations will stop future billing but will not refund any past payments. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
