Please note that account deletion is permanent, and you will lose all access to your progress, subscriptions, and associated perks. Steps to Delete Your Account

To delete your account, you will need to send a request to our support team. Please email [email protected] with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
2. Provide the Following Information:
In your email, include the following details to verify your request:

Email Address Linked to Your Mountain Interactive Account
Reason for Deletion
3. Verify Your Request:
Once we receive your request, our support team will verify your identity and may ask you for additional information to ensure account security.
4. Account Deletion Confirmation:
After verification, we will proceed with deleting your account. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion process is complete.
Important Notes
Permanent Deletion: Once your account is deleted, all associated data, including game progress, VIP perks, and settings, will be permanently erased. There will be no way to recover the account.
Subscription Cancellation: Active subscriptions will automatically be canceled once your account is deleted. If you prefer, you can cancel subscriptions before requesting account deletion by visiting your subscription management page.
No Recovery: Deleting your account is a final action. If you wish to return to Mountain Interactive in the future, you will need to create a new account.
